RATES & PAYMENT INFORMATION

Rates vary by season, length of stay, availability, holidays, and demand. The total reservation price shown at checkout will reflect the applicable rental rate, required taxes, cleaning fee, and any other disclosed charges.

Payment Schedule

• 50% of the reservation total is due at booking.
• The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.
• Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require payment in full at booking.
• A reservation is not considered fully secured until all required payments and acknowledgments have been received.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 60 or more days before arrival: 100% of paid rental charges refunded, less any lawful nonrefundable fees expressly disclosed at booking.
• Cancellations made 30–59 days before arrival: 50% of paid rental charges refunded, subject to the terms of the rental agreement.
• Cancellations made fewer than 30 days before arrival: payments are nonrefundable except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly provided in the rental agreement.

Security Authorization
A security authorization of $1,000 may be placed on the payment method on file shortly before arrival and maintained through the post-departure inspection period. Any charges must be permitted by the rental agreement and applicable law.

Early arrival and late departure are permitted only with prior written approval and may be subject to additional charges.

Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance, especially for weather-related travel risks.

All reservations are subject to the complete Vacation Rental Agreement, house rules, occupancy limits, payment requirements, and applicable North Carolina law.
